Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed over the value of R2000 will receive free delivery anywhere within South Africa. Orders placed under the value of R2000 will be subject to a flat rate of R120 for delivery within South Africa. Orders sent to Cape Town and Johannesburg will typically take 24 – 48 hrs to arrive. Orders sent to all other areas of South Africa will typically take 48 – 72hrs.
All goods are sent via UPS. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped on the following day. Once your goods are shipped you will receive a tracking number for you to track your delivery at any stage. Orders are processed Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note: Shipping is door-to-door. It is imperative that someone is able to take delivery and sign for your goods. If no one is present to receive your goods you may be liable for a re-delivery fee – this is something beyond our control and is the policy of the courier companies. Deliveries can only be made during work hours and ideally be to a work or residential address. We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Problems beyond our control such as Telkom, Internet Service Providers, and Eskom may cause delays in the processing and shipping of orders. In this case we will undertake to ensure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.
Do you live outside of South Africa? No problem, we are able to ship goods anywhere in the world. Should you wish to place an order for international delivery, your courier fee will be determined automatically upon check-out depending on the country in which you live.
We have a 30 day return policy. At the discretion of Mr and Mrs.
